South Lake Tahoe, CA…CHP is reporting that a bear has been hit on Pioneer Trail. Eldorado County Animal control has been notified that after being hit the bear walked off toward a residence. Hibernation season is over so watch out for bears waking up from their long winters nap..

South Lake Tahoe, CA…Crews are working two accidents in the South Lake coverage area. The first is on Hwy 88 at Upper Passing Lane and is a non-injury accident where a Toyota Forerunner has overturned in the roadway. The second is on Hwy 50 near Washout Curve. Please be careful out there
