Stateline, NV – The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency has announced its holiday schedule of office closures.

For the Thanksgiving Holiday, TRPA will be closed on Thursday, November 24 and Friday, November 25, reopening Monday, November 28.

In a further budget-cutting move, the TRPA office will be closed from Friday, December 23, 2011 through Monday, January 2, 2012 and will reopen Tuesday, January 3, 2011 with the front counter remaining closed until Wednesday, January 3, 2012. TRPA’s front counter is closed on Tuesdays because of budget constraints.

Customers who have questions or projects to discuss with TRPA staff are encouraged to do so before or after the holiday closing dates.

“We want to make sure the public is informed about our holiday schedule so we can provide the best customer service possible,” explained Kristi Boosman, TRPA’s Public Information Officer. “The TRPA web site located at trpa.org is also available as a resource.”
