Carson City, NV….Sheriffs Office have identified the gunman in this mornings shoots at the Carson City IHOP as, Eduardo Sencion, 32 whom lived in Lake Tahoe and worked in Carson City. Mr. Sencion passed away shortly after this tragic incident from a self inflicted gunshot wound. 11 total people were shot. 4 people tragically passed away including the shooter.
