Douglas County, CA…Nevada CHP is reporting a fatal accident that has closed Hwy 395 while they finish up their investigation and reporting. The accident occurred about 11:15am this morning. Please expect delays when traveling on 395 at this time…Update as of 1:14pm…We just checked in with CHP and the closure point is in the Topaz Lake Area and at this time there is no estimate on time of reopening…Update as of 1:42pm…CHP is opening lanes now.
