culinary talents at the 2nd Annual Sample the Sierra Festival.  By signing
up as a featured restaurant, you will be partnered with an El Dorado County
farmer or producer who will provide you with a fresh, seasonal product to
highlight in your tasting sample to be paired with an El Dorado wine or
brew.

Not only will you gain distinction by affiliating your restaurant with this
successful food and wine event, you will receive free promotion through the
Sacramento Bee, Sierra Heritage Magazine, tahoesouth.com, tahoechamber.org,
tahoeculture.com, planmygetaway.com, samplethesierra.com, facebook, twitter,
and radio spots along with the opportunity to be featured in one of our
press releases sent to over 3,000 media outlets.  If you want your business

The festival takes place on Sunday, September 4th on Ski Run Blvd from
12-5pm with the tasting portion of the event starting at 1pm and ending at
4pm.  The deadline to sign up is Monday, July 25th and pairings are already
