Sand Harbor, NV…One of the crown jewel beaches along the Lake Tahoe shoreline is ready for summer. We stopped by today to see how the midweek pre 4th of July crowds were shaping up and the parking lots were almost full. Families were out in force enjoying the great weather. Nevada residents get a discount on admission so Nevada license plates rank high among visitors.

The 55 acre park has long sandy beaches, rocky coves, shady forested areas and panoramic lake views. It is a great place for just about any outdoor activity. We have a few photos and a short video from today.
