Tahoe’s Lakeshore Lodge Enhances Rooms and Condos

Lake Tahoe, CA/NV – South Tahoe’s Lakeshore Lodge and Spa http://www.tahoelakeshorelodge.com/, the area’s affordable lakefront property, has upgraded all of their lodge rooms. The remodel includes new pine walls, carpet, chairs, flat screen televisions, reading lamps, mirrors and cozy new duvet covers and throw pillows.
Lodging choices range from a single queen bed to a corner room with two queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a panoramic view of Lake Tahoe. All rooms include free wireless Internet access, gas fireplaces and magnificent views of Lake Tahoe.
This summer Lakeshore once again offers “Music on the Beach,” a series of free concerts beginning Thursday, July 14. Visitors will be treated to soothing sounds of flamenco guitars and jazz every Thursday through September 1, as Martin and Vargas, Niall McGuinness and the New World Jazz Project perform while the sun sets over Lake Tahoe.
The unique styles of Martin and Vargas paint a picture of mystery and romance that echoes from the Mediterranean with an added flavor of Bossa Nova from Brazil. Their Nouveau Flamenco guitar sounds are full of passion that stirs the soul and warms the heart (sample of Martin & Vargas music, click here).
A big city sound emanates from the horn of Niall McGuinness and his New World Jazz Project. Soul, Latin, and Afro-jazz music create a fresh voice on the scene. With an affinity for World music, New World Jazz Project keeps the spirit of creativity alive (to sample Niall McGuiness, click here).
To complement the live music, guests can unwind and decompress at the resort’s Elements Day Spa. The range of services includes massage therapies, reflexology, aromatherapy, facials and skin treatments.
