Memorial Day Weekend In Carson City Features Historic Virginia & Truckee Railroad Season Opening and Ghost Walk Tour

Memorial Day Weekend launches the summer season in Carson City with the opening of the Virginia & Truckee Railroad and a Ghost Walk Tour along Kit Carson Trail.

The Virginia & Truckee Railroad departs Carson City Station at various times: http://vttrain.activitytickets.com/ from at the Eastgate Depot, located on Flint drive – six miles east on US Hwy 50 from downtown Carson City. The Virginia City Depot is located at 370 F Street just below main steet at F Street and Washington in Virginia City.

Ghost Walk Tour departs from 3rd & Carson Street next to Firkin & Fox (ole St. Charles Hotel).
