South Lake Tahoe, CA…The slick road conditions overnight have resulted in a single vehicle, non-injury accident on Tahoe Mountain at Fallen Leaf Road. The non-injury accident occurred just after 7am this morning but CHP is reporting that it may be another hour until the roadway is good to go again.
