Lake Tahoe Ski & Snow Report for April 26th, 2011 With Complete Closing Day Schedules

Lake Tahoe Area…The amazing season continues with great spring skiing. Easter has come and gone but you can still ski until memorial day and beyond. The Lake Tahoe area has been rated one of the best ski destinations on the planet for good reason. It has the best combination of great snow, lot’s of resorts and plenty of excitement in the evenings.

Squaw Valley is reporting 64-188″ of snow. Squaw will be open daily until May 8th and weekends through Memorial Day.

Mt. Rose has a 100-177″ of snow. Mt. Rose has extended their season to May 6th and May 8th for Pass Holders

Kirkwood is reporting a 226-265″ and will be open through May 1st. They will also reopen for Memorial Day Weekend.

Donner Ski Ranch is Open and Running Daily until May 2nd and then weekends until the snow is gone. Probably sometime in June.

Sugar Bowl has a 160-281″ base. May 1st will be closing day

Boreal is reporting a 275-375″ base and will be open Fri-Sun 9am-4pm through May

Alpine Meadows is reporting a 135-264″ base. Alpine will be open daily through April 24th and then Fri-Sun until May15th

Diamond Peak is closed for the season.

Sierra at Tahoe is closed for the season.

Heavenly is Closed for the season. Gondola will be open for Amgen Tour

Northstar at Tahoe is Closed for the Season

Homewood is now closed for the season

Soda Springs is open Thursday – Mondays until April 24th

Tahoe-Donner is reporting 200-300″
Tahoe-Donner’s last day for this season is April 17th.
