Kings Beach, CA…The proposed redevelopment project of the current site of the Tahoe Biltmore is scheduled for a final decision by the TRPA Governing Board Wednesday, April 27 at the North Tahoe Event Center in Kings Beach, CA. The hearing was rescheduled from the March board meeting due to a potential lack of board member attendance due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. The meeting starts at 9:30am
The TRPA Advisory Planning Commission in April recommended approval of the project and certification of the Environmental Impact Statement.
This proposed CEP Project is on the site of the Tahoe Biltmore Hotel and Casino and the former site of the Tahoe Mariner Casino in Crystal Bay, Nevada.
