The Board of Supervisors established an Indian Gaming Local Community Benefit Committee under Government Code Section 12715 on April 12, 2011. The composition of The Committee is as follows: two representatives from the County selected by the County Board of Supervisors; one elected representative from the City of Placerville, appointed by the Board of Supervisors; and two representatives selected upon the recommendation of a majority of the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians. The following representatives have been selected and appointed:
