Kings Beach, CA…Emergency and Law Enforcement Crews are on the scene of an accident at Fox and Salmon Streets in Kings Beach.  CHP is reporting that after the collision or maybe in was the collision one party blocked the roadway to keep the other party from leaving.  On scene personnel checked to see if the jail nearby was open.  Not a great inquiry for a quick ending to an incident.
