South Lake Tahoe, CA…CHP is reporting that Hwy 89 may be closed at the Vikingsholm Vista Point for a couple of days. A snow and rock slide has blocked the roadway at this point. There were vehicles caught in the slide that had to be rescued by emergency personnel. We will try and update you as to a time of reopening.
