As part of Washoe County’s ongoing emergency preparedness program, three library branches will participate in an emergency evacuation drill on Monday, March 28, 2011.

The three participating branches are: Downtown at 9:30am, Spanish Springs at 11am and Sierra View at 12:30pm. Washoe County is providing this media advisory, to let citizens know the evacuations are part of a planned drill and not an actual emergency.

Washoe County thanks its employees and patrons in advance for participating in these very important emergency evacuation drills.
