Truckee, CA…Truckee CHP is reporting a possible fatality in an accident on eastbound I-80 near Whitmore. A Sig-Alert is still in effect for lane controls and crews will be on scene for awhile. The accident originally was reported just before 7am this morning and involved several vehicles. CHP reported earlier that one person may have been out of their vehicle when they were hit. At least one injured party was medi-flighted out from the scene.
