Washoe County’s Department of Regional Parks and Open Space is seeking public feedback about the future development of the Regional Shooting Facility. Department staff will receive input and answer questions about the facility’s master plan update during a public meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, in the Ranch House at Rancho San Rafael Regional Park.
“This is an excellent opportunity to have a voice in the future of an important local recreational facility,” County Parks Planner Jennifer Budge said.

The County’s Regional Shooting Facility is located in Warm Springs, north of Spanish Springs, at 21555 Pyramid Highway. The facility has six ranges for use by the public, law enforcement and regional military units. Scopes, ear protection and targets are available for nominal fees. Range Hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Friday through Monday.
The Regional Shooting Facility is managed by Washoe County’s Department of Regional Parks and Open Space.
