Avalanche Hazard Alert- The storm has taken a nice break. If it starts up again at it’s previous intensity, avalanches in Crystal Bay that could reach houses are highly probable throughout the storm. We do not anticipate that avalanches will cause any serious damage to homes, but residents are advised to remain indoors, and do not leave or return to your home until the storm has abated and notice is received that it is safe to be outside.
