Truckee, CA…In one of the stranger reports we have seen during this storm CHP Truckee is reporting a wrong way driver on I-80 just west of Donner Lake Road. Also on I-80 a vehicle is into the guardrail near Hirschdale and multiple vehicles are obstructing the roadway. Near Big Bend there is a collision with a big rig on one side and two vehicles into the center divider on the other side.
