* WINDS: SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO
40 MPH THROUGH EARLY EVENING.
* WAVE HEIGHTS: 1 TO 3 FEET. HIGHEST WAVES ALONG THE EAST SHORE
BETWEEN INCLINE VILLAGE AND GLENBROOK.
* SMALL BOATS WILL BE PRONE TO CAPSIZING AND SHOULD REMAIN OFF
LAKE WATERS UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.
