Pickett’s Junction, CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District 10 has employed one-way traffic control on State Route 88 from the north junction of SR-89 to one mile west of Woodfords due to aggressive snow melt undermining the road.

Crews are working to repair the damage per an emergency director’s order. One-way traffic control will be in place around the clock until the roadway is fully open in both directions. There is no estimated time of reopening.
Motorists are advised to expect delays or take an alternate route, if possible.
