The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a male who was previously charged on October 22, 2009 with Sexual Assault with a Child under the age of 16 and Lewdness with a Child under the age of 14. Oscar Monroy-Calderon was booked into the Washoe County Detention Facility and subsequently posted bail. Oscar Monroy-Calderon has been out on bail, pending adjudication on those charges.

On January 28, 2011, the District Attorney’s and Sheriff’s Office received information that Oscar Monroy-Caldron had violated a court order forbidding him contact with the female juvenile victim and had allegedly committed another felony offense against the victim, NRS 199.240 – Intimidating a Witness to Influence Testimony.

Due to the above facts, the original bail status has been revoked by the Second Judicial District Court and Oscar Monroy-Calderon is wanted for arrest by law enforcement authorities.
