We understand that the way to perpetuate responsible boating is to educate people, and make the interaction rewarding for us and them through impeccable customer service. Culture and Background: In order to prevent aquatic invasive species (AIS) from entering waters in the Lake Tahoe Region, we inspect every motorized boat before it is allowed to launch. If a vessel fails the inspection, we provide a decontamination service to remove any risk. We have 3 sites around the lake that provide this service for around 16,000 boats on an annual basis. And for 15 years, it has been extremely successful, allowing ZERO new introductions of species into the water. -Full-time 4x10hr days, 3 days off -Summer seasonal positions through September -$17.99 / hour
