Reno, NV…It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of retired WCSO Detective Charles “Chuck” Edward Lowe. Charles passed away on March 21, 2022 from cardiac arrest.He is survived by his wife Heidelinde, his sons Craig and Matt, Daughter-in-Law Annette, and Charles passed away on March 21, 2022 from cardiac arrest.
It isChuck did not want a formal service. It is Chuck’s and his family’s preference that those who want to attend his burial, come and share their favorite stories of Chuck. No obligation to speak, only if you would like to. At the conclusion of the service there will be a lunch at a location to be announced.
