South Lake Tahoe, CA…El Dorado County Department of Transportation, Maintenance and Operations Division installed turn restriction signage on Sawmill Road and North Upper Truckee Road in the South Lake Tahoe area. Turn restrictions prohibit right-hand turns from North Upper Truckee Road to Westbound U.S. Highway 50 and from Sawmill Road to Westbound U.S Highway 50 on Sundays and holidays between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sign installation took place on May 6th and became effective immediately. Turn restrictions will terminate on October 31, 2021.
