South Lake Tahoe, CA- Thursday July 6th, the South Lake Tahoe Police Department received a report of a sexual battery that had occurred at the Chinese Magic Massage, 3330 Lake Tahoe Blvd Suite #4. The 34 year old female victim reported that during her massage, she was sexually battered.

The investigation revealed that there was probable cause to arrest Qiteng “Eric” Lu, owner of Chinese Magic Massage, for penetration by foreign object, sexual battery and attempting to prevent a witness from reporting a crime. Mr Lu was arrested without incident and booked into the El Dorado County Jail.
