Please be advised the Liberty Utilities North and South Lake Tahoe Walk In Centers and Customer Service Phone Lines will be closed today due to the server weather conditions. We currently have approximately 20,000 customers without power. All Liberty Utilities and NV Energy crews have worked together through the night. Because of the numerous large trees that have fallen through lines and wires down, it is causing the restoration process to be very slow working one community at a time.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE LINES ON THE GROUND. Call 911 if you believe downed lines pose an immediate risk or if you have an emergency situation.
