South Lake Tahoe, CA/NV… Increase your business’s bottom line with the Level UP Workshop series! Lake Tahoe South Shore Chamber of Commerce (Tahoe Chamber) is pleased to announce that the Level UP Workshop series will be held the third Wednesday of the every month throughout 2017. The workshop series will kick off with the HR Employment Law Workshop held on Wednesday, January 18 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

This ongoing Chamber workshop series brings the latest business resources and hot topics to the South Shore business community. Each workshop is facilitated by expert hosts who discuss a variety of topics including human resources, marketing, social media, doing business with the City, sales strategies, and much more. The Level UP Workshops are designed to provide participants with the tools necessary to solve work-related issues, as well as gain hands-on experience to further their expertise. The goal of the series is to bring the South Shore area access to the latest business training and development.

The start of the series features the Chamber’s annual Level UP HR Employment Law Workshop. This Level Up Workshop will provide attendees with the latest business laws such as the new minimum wage requirements in California, all gender bathrooms, and worker protections. Workshop facilitators will be Heather Satin, founder and CEO of Satin Legal INC., and Cameron Bordner, attorney at MOBO Law. All Level UP HR Employment Law Workshop attendees are encouraged to bring their own “brown bag” lunch to the Tahoe Chamber conference room located at 169 Hwy 50, Stateline, NV.

The cost for each Level UP Workshop is $10 for members and $20 for aspiring members. Tahoe Chamber is offering one free workshop for those who sign up for all four winter workshops on or before January 17.
