Truckee, CA…Rain continues to fall all around the Truckee Tahoe basin. Impact Timing: The potential for flooding along the Truckee River at Truckee could begin as early 7 am Saturday peaking around 4 pm and subsiding Saturday night. There is also a higher flood potential for small creeks and streams around the Tahoe Basin. Rivers in Western Nevada will rise rapidly as well, just not to flooding thresholds.
