Lake Tahoe Area…Power is coming back on today for up to 10,000 Nevada Energy Customers who were without power due to the recent storm.

The culprits were trees and limbs coming into contact with or knocking down power lines. The major outages occurred early this morning and the bulk of the outages have been in the South Lake Tahoe and Meyers area.

On the West Shore and North Shore there have been sporadic outages as well.

Most of the outages are expected to be repaired today…
