Alpine Meadows, CA…Update 7am 12/30/10….The search will continue this morning. Updates to come as we receive……The Search is still on for a snowboarder who went out of bounds at Alpine Meadows Ski Resort. Shawnte Marie Willis, 25, of Tahoma, had been missing since 1:30 p.m. yesterday afternoon when she was last seen boarding off the backside of the Alpine Meadows. Several Search and Rescue Teams are actively searching at this time. We last checked in with the Placer County Sheriffs Dept about 11:55 am and she had not been located as of then yet. Updates to come as we receive. Please keep Shawnte in your thoughts and pray she is found safely.
