An overview of new and improved processes in City and TRPA Code that help homeowners make changes to their homes and properties. City and TRPA staff will talk about recent changes to streamline permitting, changes to the vacation home rental ordinance, the application process, and how Area Plans and a new look at development regulations are simplifying the process for homeowners.
