Truckee, CA…On I-80 at SR-89…A victim was pulled over to chain up and was hit while out of the vehicle. Per a second reporting party the victim was hit by a big black suv.

There are also multiple spinouts on Hwy 88 near Carson Peak.

On SR-89 just north of Inspiration Point there are three vehicles mixing it up in a non-injury accident.
