South Lake Tahoe, CA…Currently there are three incidents affecting traffic this afternoon. There is a non-injury crash on US-50 at Sierra Ski Ranch. On I-80 there is also a couple of incidents…a crash on I-80 just east of Hampshire Rocks Road and a spinout at SR-20. Let’s be careful out there….
