Make your final meal of 2010 your most satisfying yet at Baxter’s Bistro & Lounge. Their five-course New Year’s Eve dinner menu begins with Smoked American Sturgeon w/ Caviar, followed by a Diver Scallop Salad, Sonoma Duck Consommé, and Linguini Carbonara. Entree selections include Lobster & Dover Sole Parcel or “Confit” of Beef Filet. Your dining experience concludes with an Artisan Cheese Plate and Assorted Mignardises.

Come party with the candle makers at the Villager Candle Shop. For just $25 per person you can make a candle, stuff a bear, or make a mosaic, plus much on chips, dips, cookies, and more! There is no age restriction for children with a parent. Children without a parent must be 10+ and cannot be left for more than one hour. Fireworks Show (weather & conditions permitting)
The fireworks launch site will be at the bottom of Home Run ski run which provides an amazing and close up view of the fireworks display.

Please Note: As a Northstar Fire Department permit requirement, the Highlands Gondola will be closed briefly from 8:30 – 9:30 p.m. During the hour-long Highlands Gondola closure, Northstar® Resort Transportation will be operating a shuttle to transport guests between the Guest Auto Drop in the Village at Northstar™ and The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe.
