Minden, Nevada – Members of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office arrested Helen Welch Wednesday afternoon on the felony charge of attempting to obtain money under false pretenses following an undercover investigation. Welch operates the “Little Psychic Shop” located at 1578 Hwy 395 in Minden, Nevada. The investigation was initiated after the Sheriff’s Office received complaints of fraud by customers of Welch.
