Caltrans will unveil a new highway work zone safety campaign featuring kids of Caltrans’ very own workers displayed on nearly 60 billboards statewide asking drivers to “Be Work Zone Alert.” The message combats distracted driving in highway work zones and expands the definition of a work zone beyond “cones.”
