Trend Micro Sponsors Training for Winter Olympic Hopefuls Including Tahoe City’s Scotty Bahrke

Dallas, TX…Trend Micro (TYO: 4704; TSE: 4704), a pioneer in security software and solutions, today announced its support of aspiring Olympians for the upcoming 2014 winter games. The company is sponsoring 12 skiers with Flying Ace Productions, a team of handpicked, world champion athletes from all over the country, as they prepare for the upcoming games in Sochi, Russia.

A contribution of $1,000 has been provided to each skier to help fund training efforts. If selected to represent the U.S. at the 2014 Winter Olympics, up to two skiers will receive an additional $10,000 each. Trend Micro will also supply security software protection for each of the athletes’ computers and mobile devices.
