Lake Tahoe, CA/NV…The 2013/14 Winter season is here and many of the resorts are open with some opening for the season today. Mostly manmade conditions at this point with the hope of some larger systems moving in next week.

Squaw is reporting an 8″ base and 7 lifts operating.

Diamond Peak Not Yet

Sugar Bowl Not Yet

Boreal Their lifts are turning from 9am to 9pm everyday.

Northstar is reporting a 18 inch base and 5 lifts running

Homewood is opening December 13th

Alpine Meadows is opening December 13th

Mt. Rose is open on a 12-18 base

Heavenly has 4 lifts and 4 runs open

Sierra at Tahoe Not Yet

Kirkwood is Open with 2 lifts running

Donner Ski Ranch Not Yet

Tahoe Donner plans on a December 13th Opening
