Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval has recognized religious statesman Rajan Zed on his “remarkable achievements”.
In a signed “Certificate of Recognition” affixed with State of Nevada seal and “Presented to Rajan Zed, religious statesman of Nevada”, Sandoval wrote: “As Governor of the State of Nevada, I commend you on the extraordinary compassion and dedication you display for your community”.
“I congratulate you on all your remarkable achievements and wish you well in your future endeavors”, the Governor’s Certificate added.
Rajan Zed is a global Hindu and interfaith leader, who besides taking up the cause of religion worldwide, has also raised huge voice against the apartheid faced by about 15-million Roma (Gypsies) in Europe. Bestowed with World Interfaith Leader Award; Zed is President of Universal Society of Hinduism, Senior Fellow and Religious Advisor to Foundation for Religious Diplomacy, Spiritual Advisor to National Association of Interchurch & Interfaith Families, etc.
