Sheriff’s Office Searching for Missing Endangered Juvenile in Lemmon Valley Area (Update..Found Safe)

Reno, NV…(Update..Found Safe) The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is currently searching for a missing 13-year-old boy last seen in the Lemmon Valley area on Tuesday, October 8. The missing juvenile is considered to be endangered due to an immediate need for life-sustaining medication.

The missing juvenile is identified as Nathan Ward (photo attached). He was last seen walking in the area of his residence at the 11500 block of Tupelo Street in Lemmon Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2013.  He could possibly be headed to the Cold Springs area.

Ward is described as a white male, brown hair, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and 120 pounds. He was last seen wearing black plaid shorts, a black hooded sweatshirt and gray t-shirt. He also has a Lego gauge ring in his left ear lobe.

Anyone who has seen Nathan Ward, or has information about his whereabouts, is asked to contact 911 immediately.
