Stateline, Nev….Brett Hunn, a 10-year Northern Nevada gaming veteran, was recently appointed marketing director at Tahoe’s MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa (http://www.montbleuresort.com/). With a marketing and gaming background, extensive knowledge of the region, Hunn offers a fresh approach on promoting and positing the property as a leading gaming, entertainment and dining venue in Tahoe South.

Hunn recently worked for M1 Gaming on the acquisition of Boomtown Casino & Hotel and as the Director of Marketing (2012 – 2013). He held various casino marketing positions at The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort Spa and Casino (2004 – 2012).

With his experience and the Hyatt and as a Northern California native who grew up coming to the lake, Hunn understands what visitors want and recognizes the timeless appeal of “America’s Best Lake” (USA Today, 2011). The appreciation directly correlates with MontBleu’s brand as an all-encompassing action-packed resort for year-round outdoor recreation with upscale amenities, gaming, four-star dining, nightlife and entertainment.

Hunn is originally from Sacramento, Calif., and attended the California State University of Chico graduating in 2004 with a degree(s) in Agricultural Business and Marketing.
