Kirkwood, CA…Hwy 88 near Red Lake Road is a mess this morning. CHP is stating up to 4′ snow drifts on the roadway and a bus and multiple vehicle even with 4 wheel drive are now stuck in that area. Please use caution or avoid that area at this time..
