Stateline, NV…January 3, 2013…The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to actively search for a missing 19 year old female, Alyssa Byrne. The sheriff’s office in conjunction with the South Lake Tahoe Police Department, Eldorado County Sheriff’s Department, FBI, Douglas County Search and Rescue and air support from the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office are working to ascertain Alyssa’s whereabouts.

No leads have been generated to the circumstances of Alyssa’s disappearance.

Alyssa is 5 foot 3inches tall, 125 pounds with black hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black snow boots, and black yoga-type pants with her hair pulled back. She was last seen by friends on the gaming floor of the Horizon Casino on 01-01-13 at approximately 1230-100 am.
