Washoe Valley, NV…The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations and Investigations Division are investigating a suspicious death involving an undisclosed deceased male that was located inside a residence in the 3900 block of Pershing Lane in Washoe Valley.

At approximately 12:35 am, Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a report of trouble unknown at a residence in the 3900 block of Pershing Lane. During the initial investigation, Deputies located a deceased male inside the residence. Due to the circumstances surrounding this case, Sheriff’s Detectives were called out to continue the investigation.

At this time, no arrests have been made as this is an ongoing investigation. The cause of death is pending a medical examination which will be completed by the Washoe County Medical Examiner’s Office. The decedent’s name is being withheld pending next of kin notification.
