Stockton, CA…Stockton – Caltrans and the NEC Small Business Development Center, San Joaquin Delta College are holding a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Certification Workshop on Thursday, October 25, 2012, from 9:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. at the NEC Small Business Development Center, San Joaquin Delta College located at 56 South Lincoln Street, Stockton, CA 95203.

The DBE certification program is a federal program for socially and economically disadvantaged businesses. Additional information can be
