Lake Tahoe, CA…Join Tahoe Douglas Fire Protection District on May 17th at Edgewood Tahoe Resort for the TFFT Workshop on Perceptions of Fire and Fire Management.

Funded by NV Energy Foundation and hosted by Tahoe Fund and the TFFT Fire PIT, this workshop will share findings from Dr. Sarah McCaffery’s two decades of fire social science studies with particular focus on the accuracy of narratives about the public and fire management and mitigation and risk perception and communication.
