Incline Village, NV…Although there are no fireworks this year, Incline Village will still be celebrating the 4th of July weekend with the theme of ‘Local Heroes’. We will feature traditional heroes like veterans, fire fighters, WSO peace officers, as well as the health care workers, educators, and service workers. In addition to floats we will additionally enjoy a bike parade, classic cars, Tahoe dogs, an assortment of fire and rescue vehicles. Events in the Local Heroes 4th of July Weekend will include a Meet and Greet directly after the parade with the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office on July 3, 2021. There will be parade vehicles and deputies from the Incline Substation at Sierra Nevada University at 11:30am. The North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District is hosting its annual pancake breakfast that morning, July 3 at the Incline Station. On July 4, the Veterans Club is hosting its annual Pancake Breakfast at Aspen Gove. The Firecracker Race, after, is a fundraiser for the Cross Country Team at SNU.

The Local Heroes Parade is sponsored by IVCBA Community and Business Association, Rotary Club of Tahoe-Incline, IVGID, and Washoe Sheriff’s Office.
