Public access defibrillation programs benefit all members of a community by empowering people to help people. Nevada Project Heartbeat has implemented the HeartSafe Community program to recognize the collective efforts of agencies and organizations to enhance and improve their pre-hospital system, increase awareness of Sudden Cardiac Arrest, increase placements of automated external defibrillators and make their community a healthier place to live and visit.
